How to Add Jansuite as a Super Admin to Your Google Admin Portal
Introduction
Welcome to Jansuite! To ensure a seamless experience with our software, we need administrative access to your Google Admin Portal. This allows us to create email accounts, integrate your Google Workspace with Jansuite, and add your domains for a complete setup.
To make the process as simple as possible, we’ve created a step-by-step guide for adding Jansuite as a Super Admin. Follow along with the instructions below, and be sure to watch the accompanying video for a visual walkthrough.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to Google Admin
1. Go to [Google Admin Console](https://admin.google.com/)
2. Sign in with your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Create A Jansuite Email Account
Go to Directory -> Users
Add new User
Fill in this information
First Name: Jake
Last Name: Sleman
Email: Jansuite@(Your domain).com
Secondary Email: [email protected]
Phone: (786) 434-7764
Add New User
The title card showing the new user info and password will pop up. We do not need you to send this to us. Store it somewhere safe for now.
Step 3: Access the Admin Roles Section
1. In the left-hand menu, click Directory > Users.
2. Find and select the user you just created "Jake Sleman - Jansuite@(your domain).com
3. Click on Admin roles and privileges.
Step 4: Assign Super Admin Role
1. Click Assign roles.
2. Scroll down and select Super Admin.
3. Click Save to confirm the changes.
Step 5: Verify Access
- Our team will confirm access and proceed with setting up your email accounts, integrating your domain, and configuring your Jansuite software.
