Integrations & My Profile
Introduction
Welcome to Jansuite! One of the very first things you want to do when you gain access to your account is to start setting up your integrations and your administrator profile, connecting to the tools you already use in your business. If you see any connections for which you do not have an account already, talk to your account manager who can walk you through the best way to get those set up or offer advice on if those platforms would help your business.

Step by Step
Click on settings
Scroll down to Integrations
Connect all softwares you currently use. *If you use Paypal instead of Stripe, there is an integration for that, but it lives in the Payments tab in the main menu.
Next, go to My Profile
Update all of your personal info if necessary and add a photo
Scroll down to "Two-way integration" and connect your Gmail or Outlook email account. Allow all requested permissions.
Go to Calendar settings and connect your Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar
Go to Video settings and connect your preferred video meeting software. *If you connect a Google Calendar, Google Meet will already be connected.
Refresh the page
Ensure your "Linked calendar" is the one you chose. If not, click edit.
Open "Conflict calendars" and ensure that all the calendars you regularly use are selected, otherwise you may be booked on your work calendar when you had a conflict on a separate calendar.
